Details: Protected by an AOC, Brie de Meaux Donge is one of the finest French Bries. It has a smooth, runny texture and a strong yet creamy flavour. Etienne Donge set up the dairy in 1930 and his great grandchildren Luc and Jean-Michel run it today.
Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese, made from mozzarella and cream. Burrata mean ‘buttered’ in Italian. The outer shell of the cheese is mozzarella and the inside is succulent and soft from the mozzarella and cream combination. It’s delicious with salad, prosciutto, fresh tomatoes with olive oil and cracked black pepper, or pasta.
