Penrice Estate Apple Juice made with a limited supply of apple's from the Penrice Estate. This apple juice is made with 50% eating apple's and 50% cooking apple's, wich gives for a more sour taste.
An unusual but very effective blend of sloes, London dry gin and ruby port, creating a smooth, rich, luxurious drink. The deep, dark fruity notes of the port combine beautifully with the aromatic cherry taste of the sloe. The gin further fortifies the blend providing a full and fruity, slightly dry finish. 21% ABV.
